rexenv 0.8.0 — the first release with a Windows build

Windows 11 x64 (Windows 10 22H2 best-effort): rexenv_0.8.0_x64-setup.exe — a per-user installer, no admin needed. It is unsigned (rexenv is open source and buys no code-signing certificate), so Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" → More info → Run anyway. First run asks once for admin (the .rex DNS rule) and once for Windows' own certificate dialog. Details: docs/INSTALL.md.

macOS (15+, universal): rexenv_0.8.0_universal.dmg, or brew install --cask rexenv/tap/rexenv.

Since 0.7.2: the whole Windows port (php-cgi pools, NRPT + a resolver agent on :53, the Windows self-updater with its own signed descriptor, winget manifests), import and CLI fixes, WordPress core downloaded as a zip. One database migration: going back to rexenv 0.7.1 or older afterwards is not supported.

The _x64.zip and _universal.app.tar.gz are what the in-app updater downloads; users take the installer or the dmg.
