SSMS Query History

SSMS Query History is an AddIn for Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio that logs executed queries to a log file for future review.

Currently supports:

SQL Server Management Studio 2012
SQL Server Management Studio 2014
SQL Server Management Studio 2016 up to the March 2016 Preview

As of the March 2016 Preview release, Microsoft moved to using the Visual Studio 2015 shell and currently does not allow 3rd party 
extensions. Until Microsoft allows 3rd party extensions again SSMS 2016 is unsupported.
