sourceDataUpdate.valueBsonAtSource

Currently sourceDataUpdate.valueBsonAtSource isn't included in the fields updated by the system, so it isn't historized.

Proposal: add valueBson to the system-updated fields in cs_data_processor.js (around line ~673) so raw bson values get persisted like other system fields.

Quick patch (pseudo):

    change.updateDescription.updatedFields.sourceDataUpdate
      ?.valueBsonAtSource || {}

If this sounds fine I can open a small PR (I would also need to update documentation).
