Question about the API tokens

First of all, thank you for this documentation, it is very helpful!

I have a question about the API tokens: Are they permanent, or do they expire after a certain time? Do you know where the tokens are stored?

Nvm, guess I found it (but please correct me if Im wrong).
"The retrieved credentials may be purpose-generated and temporary."
