引入缓存以优化工作流执行时间，以 #50 为例：

  • 缓存未命中情况下，预计减少 20% 的运行时长（12m 56s → 9m 54s）
  • 缓存命中的情况下，预计减少 50% 的运行时长（12m 56s → 5m 52s）
