Quadlet services do not support enabling by systemd enable. Remove the wrong section and replace it with hint about the generator procedure.

@ChrSteinert Gotta ask: If what you say is true, is it reflected in this line in both files (the manual link):

Other file types are supported: pod, volume, network, image, and kube. Pods, for instance, can be used to group containers – the generated systemd services and their dependencies (create the pod before the containers) are automatically managed by systemd.

I must say that I do not know the answer to this, but thought perhaps a quick discussion before I approve and merge would be a good idea.

Oh well yes, of course – my fault for not providing a source in the fist place!

For one, I tried following the guide on latest Rocky Linux and got an error. This is not surprising, as the documentation is quite clear about this;
Podman service files are considered transient by systemd, and can thus not be enabled.
The generator (quadlet) thus applies Install sections explicitly, during generation.

I hope this is sufficient.
would be happy to amend, if wanted.
