Changes instances of cut -d " " -f 5 in labs 9 and 11 to the correct field value of 4 for the subnet in Lab 3.

@JATippit Great catch! There's only one problem with your PR: Only the source (English) language files can be changed through a PR. Our Crowdin translation engine and our translators will pick up the changes there and correct them. Unfortunately, making these changes outside of the Crowdin interface confuses it terribly! If you would remove the non-English language changes from your PR, I'll merge your change. Again, good catch, and thank you!
