found it:

This was caused by a GraphQL mutation that used an incorrect discussionId. The first addDiscussionComment call used the wrong ID (D_kwDOIUASoc4BBngy — which belongs to pleezer/discussions/53) instead of the biotrack discussion ID. The second call used the correct ID and landed on biotrack Discussion #28 as intended.
