A universal constructed language with:

• ✅ 30 phonemes (25 consonants + 5 vowels) — IPA-based, cross-linguistic
• ✅ 650 grammatical resources — 100% regular, no exceptions
• ✅ 390,625 ontological concepts — dual-tier system (Essential 78k + Professional 390k)
• ✅ Public domain (CC0) — completely free for everyone, forever
