Update to roxygen2 version 4?

Interested in updating to the newest version of roxygen2? The process is pretty easy. just run roxygen2::upgradeRoxygen() in the dir for the repo, then document() or roxygenize() to update after installing the new roxgyen2 version.

Hadley says to install via devtools::install_github("klutometis/roxygen")

Right, I've been resisting that change for now. Waiting on a few other things not to break in the meantime.

Also since things are fragile for now in this package, best to submit any changes as pull requests from another branch.

I have updated to the newest version of roxygen2 and I'll push changes once I'm able to successfully build the package

We should wait on this or do it on a separate branch. There will be lots of issues to fix, especially in repository.r.

Updated to newest version of roxygen2 and fixed issues identified with check_doc().
