This PR corrects the merge issues of pr #90 by @PhamCongTrang.

As stated in his original PR:
" Modify the parameters of the configure, computeVelocityCommands functions, add the setSpeedLimit function to match nav2_core::Controller of ROS Humble. Fix the LOGGER formatting error. "
