This very "ugly", but sadly this is appears to be the only valid solution for ensuring top-most project is able to include cmake script modules defined by this project.

PR caches the
CMAKE_MODULE_PATHchanges, such that a top-most project will be able to include util modules defined by this project, even when "CMake Scripts" is a deep nested dependency.
