Selecting an output file is not overriding the preview open #108
Description
When running git diff HEAD~5 | diff2html -i stdin -F /tmp/cenas.diff this still opens a preview in the browser.
As a workaround we can run git diff HEAD~5 | diff2html -i stdin -F /tmp/cenas.diff -o stdout
