Missing java platform gem for JRuby for 0.3.2 and 0.3.3

When the java platform gem does not get release it breaks any users that want to install latest io-wait gem on JRuby, and prevents upgrading JRuby's default gem. It appears this has happened again with 0.3.2 and 0.3.3.

I would request that the -java versions of these gems be released, or alternatively give me push access and I will release them.

We need to cooperate to make sure every release includes both the C extension gem and the JRuby extension gem. Please let me know how I can help make this easier.

The release process has been fixed to include the JRuby gem in #46 and I have pushed the missing gems for 0.3.2 and 0.3.3.

Additional fixes were needed for the JRuby release in 35f9eaf but 0.3.5 has been released with both release versions and I manually have pushed 0.3.4 for consistency.
