fea: Sync.ps1 to Sync from TestingHelper Templates not from DemoPsModule

Sync.ps1 actually sync from DemoPsModule.
Script should sync from TestingHelper/private/template

1. First we need to update the tools files templates to actual DemoPsModule version.
2. Using sync-helper.ps1 create a script that will update templates from DemoPsModule. This will help to check if templates are updated with DemoPsModule
3. We could want to add tools and WF to the New-ModuleV2 command. I believe there are issues for it.
