Menu Entry Swapper: When customizable click is disabled remove option to swap around entries

When for example "Customizable left-click" for Item Swaps is disabled then the option to Swap the left click of an item shouldn't appear in the menu when shift clicking that any item. This is would partly reduce menu clutter even if you want other parts of the plugin enabled but also since I just spent far too long thinking that since I had the option to swap menu entries for the item and that I was given a confirmation of this in the chat log that everything was supposed to be working as intended and that I had run into a bug since nothing was actually happening. Instead I had somehow accidentally disabled the Customizable left-click option.
