Hi Matyod, Thank you for your kind words. I'm really glad you found it useful. The app was released only 6 months ago. It is solo-developed and the source is closed. I'm planning to monetize it because I won't be able to sustain the amount of time I put into the app without it. My plan is to keep the core functionality free forever, but the AI assistant will have to go behind a paywall since tokens cost me money. Thanks again for the feedback. It really means a lot. |

I concur! I've been looking for something like this for years! I almost thought about making my own, and onle last-ditch search found this. I played with it for a little while, then immediately paid for a year! Great job, and I can't wait to see what else you bring to it! |

I'm not sure if Rungs Studio is well-known or just highly underrated, but this is the first time I've come across it, and after using it for the past few days, I have to say it's fantastic!
I absolutely love that it's web-based. It completely eliminates the need to download and install massive, heavy PLC software packages which tend to be incredibly laggy on lower-spec "potato" laptops. It has been an amazing tool for refreshing the PLC logic I learned in university few years back.
Because of how lightweight and accessible it is, I would also highly recommend this web app to students who are currently learning PLC programming, or to industrial personnel who want to brush up on their automation skills without dealing with heavy software licenses.
Quick question: Is this project open-source and community-maintained, solo-developed, or backed by a company? I have a background in JavaScript and would love to contribute by helping out with chores, fixing bugs, or assisting with development if the repository is open to contributors.
Cheers and thank you for this awesome tool!
