The libc crate broke compatibility with our MSRV without a semver version bump. Force using a sufficiently old libc version in our CI.

Thank you very much @jannic! I was not aware of this approach for "externally pinning" dependencies in CI. It's an interesting one for working around the downsides of pinning a depencency from |
