Clicking on `(see all)` in the download graph for a specific version does not highlight the README

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to any crate that has code highlighted in the README
2. Go to the versions tab
3. Open the latest version
4. Scroll down to the downloads graph
5. Click on (see all)
6. Observe that the code in the README is no longer highlighted
