Using the `AppBuilder` directly gives us more flexibility for additional fields in the future.

With every mockable subsystem the
App::new()fn becomes more complicated. This PR proposes the introduction of a derivedAppBuilderstruct, replacingApp::new()and making the construction ofAppinstances more flexible.
