I currently patch these in locally on my build, but to better facilitate future development in OpenWrt with Rust, I'd like to be able to avoid having to figure out the tuples and just have them built-in. Future archs will include Arm, Armv5, Armv6, Armv7, Aarch64, x86_64, etc |

Apologies for the delay in getting to this, these changes look reasonable, although I'll reassign for someone else on the team to take a look as I'm not too familiar with our target specifications.

Sorry for the late review. I don't generally have the time for reviews outside of some weekends.
Please copy the list of requirements for T3 targets from https://doc.rust-lang.org/rustc/target-tier-policy.html#tier-3-target-policy to a comment on this PR and verify that each of the requirements are being satisfied. See e.g. #89062 (comment) as an example of this.
Additionally, please add an entry in the src/doc/rustc/src/platform-support/
directory describing the target being added, using a file for one of the existing platforms as a template (…we should definitely have a template there…).

Tier 3 tuple for Mips64 OpenWrt toolchain.
This add first-time support for OpenWrt. Future Tier3 targets will be added as I test them.
