Windows controls the phone and inputs Chinese in the chat window of the chat software

I'm running into a problem. I'm using Windows to control my phone and trying to type Chinese characters into a chat app, but it doesn't seem to come out in Chinese, but in pinyin. I've also tried opening various chat apps and browsers and typing Chinese characters into the text boxes, but the problem persists. How can I fix this? Could you help me?

I referred to two articles and switched to input source 2 according to the methods in the articles, but it seems that I still cannot input Chinese. My Windows client version is 1.4.0 and the Android version is also 1.4.0
