You can paste your logs here. There might be some clue in the logs. Since it starts after your login, the service is definitely started at reboot. But there might be the other unknown issue causing it is not reachable.

Bug Description
After rebooting my Windows 11 machine, the RustDesk service doesn’t start automatically. It only starts after I log in manually, so remote access isn’t possible before login. I tried reinstalling the service (rustdesk.exe --install-service) but it didn’t work.
Always I'm using Google Remote Desktop or anydesk to login and after login rustdesk service start :(
