RustDesk fails to properly refresh Windows UWP system windows (Settings, Start Menu) during remote session

Bug Description

When connecting remotely via RustDesk to a Windows 10 PC, certain system UWP windows such as Settings (modern or classic Panel of Control) and the Start Menu do not update correctly. Scrolling does not refresh the content, and in some cases, the windows appear scaled down or partially frozen.

• The window content does not refresh when scrolling.
• Some elements appear very small or incorrectly scaled.
• The issue occurs even when display scaling is set to 100% and hardware acceleration in RustDesk is disabled.
• Changing codecs or using older RustDesk versions (e.g., 1.2.3) with capture="bitblt" does not resolve the issue.

Additional information

• This issue appears to be caused by Windows Desktop Duplication API, which does not capture partial repaints of UWP system windows.
• The problem is PC-specific, likely dependent on GPU drivers, Windows updates, or internal repaint behavior.
• Workarounds such as forcing window repaints via scripts (minimize/restore, toggle wallpaper) may temporarily help but are not reliable.
• Other applications using RustDesk capture ordinary apps correctly, indicating the issue is specific to UWP system windows.
