filetransfer is too slow, any ideas?

Hi !

My problem is, that filetransfer with large files (e.g. 1GB) is too slow.
As you can see in the screenshot the rate is about 30MB/s

The selfhosted linux server has a 1000MB/s connection and the upload rate from my internet connection is 100MB/s.

If I transfer the same file with winscp to to linux server, it is 3 times faster.

I've tried with environment SINGLE_BANDWIDTH but no success.

!!! This problem is only with a remote pc out of my home network. !!! If the remote pc is in my home network then the file is transmitted directly (without relay server).

Any ideas what can I do?
