Clipboard on wayland

I am on Wayland KDE and text clipboard from control (Windows 11) to Wayland KDE 6.6 (host) works but not the other way around. Is that how its supposed to be or something is wrong?

I am using .deb installer for RustDesk and running in wayland/default mode. No modifications made

What features if any regarding clipboard are not supposed to be working in Wayland? File copy/paste clip doesn't seem to be working at all
