Hardware AV1 Support

all the major vendors now have hardware AV1 support
AMD has had it since 2022, nvidia has had it since 2022, same with intel and even apple
there is even b-frame support now on amd for even better compression at lower bitrates

Is this a RustDesk limitation to not support AV1 hardware support? If I remember correctly, hardware support is limited to decoding only for most CPUs unless it has changed since I last looked at it last year.
