connection refused actively 10061 for controling Android device

Hello community,

I used rustdesk for a while works fine on Windows and Mac, but got this error connection refused actively 10061 when I try to use windows or mac to control an Android device, already followed the https://rustdesk.com/docs/en/manual/control-mobile/ did all the configure.
Looking for help on this issue
