Add changelog for breaking changes that need users to adapt their config or other workflows #87
Description
A changelog for breaking config file changes and a documentation on how to migrate might be also nice for the normal docs.
Which we can link to in the changelog of each release. Automation from commit messages would be nice here, something along the lines of take abstract from commit message, prepend it to documentation of breaking changes and commit to docs. Though not sure how viable it currently is to create such a script/rustic-dev tool.
