error C2131 with vc14 in cpu\gather.cpp

Installing setup script failed with vc14 in gather.cpp, following errors occured:

• line 42 and line 64: error C2131: expression did not evaluate to a constant

This is caused by the lambda function in gather.cpp using a variable length array vals[K]. I submitted a pull request to fix this: #99.
