Pagination numbers didn't get displayed

My environments:
jquery-datatables-rails (2.2.3)
jquery-rails (3.1.2)
rails (3.2.19)

After upgraging jquery-datatables-rails, pagination being displayed without numbers. I see only 'back' and 'forward' links, no more. Included this plugin into my project:

Now pagination works again.
Took plugin link from https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html

Could you try to fix the gem and send a pull request?
Maybe the gem Bootstrap plugin is outdated compared to https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html.

I updated the master branch and release the new version, please take a look.
