is it for windows or linux? I can't get gRPC to work with android studio on Windows... Im kinda a newbie.
Like, I tryed everything to use protoc but nothing is working...

Hi, this was indeed developed on a non-windows system, so I can imagine that it must be hard to set it up.
If you would be able to get it running, I'd love to take in a PR so it can be run anywhere in the future.
