• Inline Circle-Graph Prompt Anatomy HUD & Live Prompt-Cost Polling (hadron-chamber, hadron-lattice, hadron-gluon):
  • Replaced full-width Prompt Budget & Anatomy bar with a right-aligned inline pill and proportional circle/donut graph alongside #chat-capsule-tabs (crates/hadron-chamber/src/app/render/chat.rs).
  • Scaled circle-graph arc segments by actual byte usage (prompt_anatomy_fractions) rather than equal flex-1 fifths (crates/hadron-chamber/src/app/render/chat.rs).
  • Added prompt_cost::load_latest with latest quark marker and mtime fallback, and polled it in FieldPoll::gather so new prompts update Chamber live (crates/hadron-lattice/src/prompt_cost.rs, crates/hadron-chamber/src/app/reload.rs, crates/hadron-chamber/src/app/mod.rs).
  • Measured fitted projections in CliQuark::excite and wired with_prompt_cost_dir for non-streaming CLI seats (crates/hadron-gluon/src/adapter/cli.rs, crates/hadron-gluon/src/adapter/registry/mod.rs).
