Choose a tag to compare

@s0lda s0lda released this 09 Oct 20:56

Added

  • Interactive Event Log Observability & Rich Context Menu (hadron-chamber):
    • Full mouse text selection support for event log row metadata including timestamps ([HH:MM:SS]), author badges (@quark), target indicators (➜ @target), status/kind badges, row indexes, and token spend counters across both compact and expanded rows.
    • Added rich right-click context menu options to Event Log: Copy Event Line ([HH:MM:SS] @author [➜ @target] [kind] body) and Copy Event as JSON (serializing the complete MessageRow model to formatted JSON).
    • Added command event emission for human slash commands in on_input_submit and explicit session reset events ("Archiving session to {session_id}" and "Session reset (archived {session_id})") around /clear operations.
    • Enhanced target legibility in render_row with clear formatting for Kind::Reboot ("force-restart requested for @{to}") and Kind::ModeSet ("mode → {mode} for @{to}" / "(global)"), plus clean slash command formatting without terminal $ prefixes.

Fixed

  • Merge Gate Impacted Test Runner Arity (hadron-gluon, hadron-forge):
    • Resolved cargo test multi-symbol positional argument error by strictly constraining test execution commands in detect_affected_runner and compute_impacted_tests to at most one positional filter argument before --, falling back to full-crate testing when multiple files in a crate are modified.
    • Filtered generic test stems ("tests", "test") from Test Impact Analysis (TIA) target symbol extraction.
    • Protected theme.rs token tests with THEME_TEST_MUTEX to prevent race conditions during concurrent test suite execution.

  • Cross-Platform Process Sandboxing (hadron-gatekeeper, hadron-gluon, hadron-chamber):
    • Implemented zero-overhead native sandboxing across Linux/WSL (Bubblewrap / bwrap), macOS (Apple Seatbelt / sandbox-exec dynamic SBPL Scheme profiles), and Windows (PowerShell containment harness & Win32 Job Objects with KILL_ON_JOB_CLOSE).
    • Added seat-level and team configuration (team.json / Team::sandbox_mode) supporting Strict, WorktreeOnly, and Off isolation policies with automatic worktree confinement and host credential environment scrubbing (AWS_*, GITHUB_*, ANTHROPIC_*, OPENAI_*).
    • Added Environment Settings card controls including "Enable process sandbox" toggle and confinement mode selector (Off / Worktree / Strict), plus active sandbox driver diagnostics.
    • Implemented interactive [SANDBOX: ON / STRICT / OFF] status badge in the chat input bar positioned between [Mode] and [@Quark] with click and F7 shortcut cycling.
  • Frontier LLM Ergonomics & Efficiency Suite (hadron-gluon, hadron-forge-mcp):
    • Structured prompt generation into an immutable cache-stable prefix to maximize KV prompt cache hit rates (80%+ cost and latency reduction across Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI models).
    • Integrated automated transcript test runner output folding into SlidingContextPruner::prune_projection, persisting verbose logs to .hadron/scratch/ and keeping chat context concise.
    • Enabled multi-modal base64 screenshot piping in ACP turns, automatically loading referenced .hadron/screenshots/*.png files into ContentBlock::Image payloads.
    • Implemented batched parallel tool dispatch (dispatch_batched_tool_calls), evaluating concurrent tool calls in parallel over asynchronous futures in ACP and local model loops.
    • Wired speculative multi-model tournament candidate evaluation (speculative_tournament_winner) in hadron-gluon::bakeoff, prioritizing green merge gate verification and minimal diff churn.

@s0lda s0lda released this 08 Oct 21:54

Changed

  • Dependency Updates (rustls):
    • Upgraded rustls from 0.23.42 to 0.23.45 and rustls-webpki from 0.103.13 to 0.103.15, incorporating upstream security hardening, handshake alignment validation, and TLS 1.2 negotiation fixes.

@s0lda s0lda released this 08 Oct 20:57

Fixed

  • Merge Gate Orchestrator Alerting (hadron-gluon):
    • Implemented automatic routing of merge gate rejections, rebase sync conflicts, and test suite regressions to @orchestrator via Actor::Gluon events, keeping the orchestrator actively excited to handle recovery loops autonomously.
    • Reconciled Landed::Conflicted error handling in land_with_strategy to cleanly hand turn control back to worker quarks rather than abnormally grounding execution.
  • Invariant Linter Diff Scoping & False Positive Elimination (hadron-gatekeeper, hadron-gluon):
    • Scoped Ban Allow Dead Code invariant diff inspection strictly to Rust source files (.rs) and attribute syntax (#[allow(...) / #![allow(...)), preventing false gate rejections caused by docs, markdown, and changelog mentions.
    • Replaced raw forbidden pattern literals in gatekeeper test fixtures and regex declarations to eliminate self-matching during diff verification.

@s0lda s0lda released this 05 Oct 14:39

Fixed

  • Rust 1.93 MSRV Enforcement Across Workspace (hadron, docs):
    • Declared rust-version = "1.93" in workspace root Cargo.toml and inherited across all member crates (hadron-chamber, hadron-gluon, hadron-lattice, hadron-forge, hadron-forge-mcp, hadron-gatekeeper), ensuring cargo fails fast with clear errors instead of compile-time E0658 on older toolchains lacking slice_as_array support (resolves GitHub Issue #2).
    • Updated prerequisite documentation in README.md and docs/development/building-from-source.md to reflect Rust 1.93+.

@s0lda s0lda released this 19 Sep 00:20

Added

  • Repo Monitor 1-Click Fix Action (hadron-chamber):
    • Added an interactive one-click dispatch action in the Git Remote & Issues inspector allowing users to immediately trigger an automated cleanup and repair quark for broken wiki-links and orphaned nucleus notes.

Fixed

  • Custom Nucleus Index Budget Support (hadron-gatekeeper, hadron-lattice):
    • Dynamically resolves user-configured nucleus index budgets (nucleus_index_budget_kb in .hadron/team.json, e.g. 64 KiB) across RepoMonitor and NucleusIntegrityLinter instead of enforcing a hardcoded 32 KiB ceiling.
  • Nucleus Integrity Linter False Positives (hadron-gatekeeper):
    • Filtered out template placeholders (notes/<slug>.md) from broken link detection.
    • Recognized cross-references in .hadron/nucleus/invariants/always.md so valid invariant rule notes are not falsely flagged as unindexed orphans.

Added

  • Git Remote & Issues Inspector Rail (hadron-chamber, hadron-gatekeeper):

    • Speculative Result Caching: Stores verified SHA test results so the merge gate skips redundant re-testing when worktree HEAD is already green.
  • AST-Aware Rebase Healer (hadron-gluon):
    • Structural 3-Way AST Conflict Healer: Detects merge/rebase conflicts and repairs non-overlapping abstract syntax tree modifications (hadron_gluon::merge::ast_healer) when concurrent quark turns land on main.
  • Sliding Context Window Pruning (hadron-gluon):
    • Background Turn Summarization: Periodically compacts older field.jsonl turns into nucleus digests (hadron_gluon::sliding_pruner), preventing context blowup while maximizing prompt cache hit rates.
  • Tiled Multi-PTY Terminal Panes (hadron-chamber):
    • Responsive Terminal Split Modes: Added horizontal, vertical, and 2x2 grid split layouts (hadron_chamber::app::render::pty_grid) in Chamber's GPUI terminal tabs for concurrent background process monitoring.
