Please update Menu Documentation about setting Height

Hi

When one sets the height of the menu, it wraps to the x-axis if items are longer. Please update the documents to reflect that one needs to add the "flex-nowrap" class

I found this here after a long search. I will add it to all the menu related code I'm using.
