Update EVM docs with latest releases

exact changes to be done are TBD, but the changelogs in the protocols should be helpful:

@smol-ninja we agreed not to add the Comptroller docs under the reference tab, but what about Comptrollerable? it's inherited in the contracts.

Concepts

• ask @PaulRBerg about the governance page: should both comptroller and admin be listed, or just the comptroller?
• in Fees, have two sections: current protocol fees and previous protocol fees (cc @razgraf @PaulRBerg or if documenting the new contract fee is enough, note in airdrops, currently fee is documented in wei whereas in the new version it will be in USD)
• update "Supported chains"
• update flow status with "pending" (also update the diagram)
• add a new section about VCA in airdrops
  • make pages in airdrops expandable

Guides

• lockup guides: remove staking section (since we can now recommend the staking repo if user asks about it)
• update example repo
• update benchmarks repo
• remove the "how to verify on etherscan" section for merkle factory
  • see if we can "hide" tabs in docusaurus
• ask @maxdesalle about snapshot voting if we need to update it

Reference

• move the errors tab from reference to guides (or concepts?)
• evm-utils contracts are duplicated across all protocols in reference (e.g. Batch)

• For previous versions, the admin should continue to be displayed as they are currently displayed.
• For latest versions (using Comptroller), there should be a new table for Comptroller addresses. Every chain should be listed even if the address is the same - the URL should point to each chain's block explorer.

in Fees, have two sections

Yes. We will again have two new sections - one fore the new system, and one for the previous one.
