Not a release. A nightly is Sill for Mac built from main on a night it changed: signed with Developer ID and notarized like a release, but not tried by hand, so it can break. Sill's update check never offers a nightly. To go back, download the release from https://getsill.app/download and replace Sill in your Applications folder: a nightly keeps its settings, permissions and paired devices where the release keeps them, so nothing has to be set up again either way.
