A Simple RESTful enpoint that can be used as a PI Notifications Delivery Channel, allowing PI users to send SMS and Voice alerts.
Written in NodeJS and is designed to be invoked as a Lambda function by API Gateway.
Uses Twilio for voice/sms and AWS Polly for the text-to-speech
