Did you follow the whole mission? If not, please do so.
If so, were you able to create a package in the system?
If not, please tell me what system you are working on, whether it is a licensed version, whether it is a developer or trial system etc.

When you say Trial, do you mean : SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP Environment ("Steampunk") Trial, or Download, e.g. 7.52 SP04?

Yes, you filter by "ABAP Development", then filter by "SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP Environment", then - IMPORTANT - choose a mission, group, or tutorial WITHOUT a key.

, then : Create Core Data Services with ABAP Environment

then 2 tutorials:
Create a Database Table
followed by:
Create an ABAP Table Type.
