docs: document SSO, leave accruals, GDPR export, kiosk and audit log Add dedicated pages for Single Sign-On, Leave Accruals, GDPR Export, Kiosk Mode and the Audit Log. Update Home, Architecture, Quick-Start and Roadmap to the current Next.js 16 codebase: correct the stack, migration count, login flow, cron schedule and the new features.
