docs: document SSH-closed-by-default firewall and plan-time input validation

docs: rewrite wiki for edge Worker, Supabase auth/edge functions and deploy workflow Update Home, Architecture, Modules, Quick-Start and Roadmap to the current feature set: the Cloudflare edge Worker bound to R2 and KV, Supabase auth configuration and the health edge function, real API keys, root outputs, and the plan/apply deploy workflow with a manual approval gate. Add troubleshooting entries for the worker route, edge function and deploy gate.
