RGB driver

Need to find some addressable RGB LEDs to act as a "display" for Aether.

The LEDs:

• Should work well on a Pi (e.g. "NeoPixel" and others needing super high PWM rates might not work).
• Flexible, chainable strips.

The power supply:

• Should power all of the hardware, not just LEDs.

And finally code a display driver for them.

The high density would allow for smoother animations. 12mm width might restrict the case design a little bit.

This appears to be the same strip as the amazon link above, but I definitely prefer Adafruit as a vendor... good to know we could link people there.

For the strip LEDs, what sort of refresh rate/ address rate do we need? Given some of the sensors might be kinda slow, do we need something fast like the dotstar stuff?
