Description

This PR moves the ScalarDB 3.13 docs to a versioned folder since the ScalarDB 3.14 docs will be added to the docs (latest) folder.

Changes made

  • Moved docs for 3.13 into a version folder (versioned_docs/version-3.13), according to the Docusaurus versioning instructions.
  • Added a homepage component for 3.14 and version dropdown menu.
