Add glossary to English and Japanese sidebar navigation

Description

This PR adds the glossary to the sidebar navigation for the versions of docs that include English and Japanese. Since we recently finalized the Japanese version of the glossary, we can add it to the versions of docs that have both English and Japanese.

Changes made

• Added a link to the glossary in the docsEnglish sidebar and docsJapanese sidebar for versions 3.14 and 3.13.
