Description

This PR:

  • Adds ScalarDB 3.15 docs as the latest version.
  • Moves the ScalarDB 3.14 docs to a versioned folder.

  • Added docs for ScalarDB 3.15 as the latest version for English and Japanese docs.
  • Moved the docs for ScalarDB 3.14 to a versioned folder for English and Japanese docs.
