If you have installed scikit-learn from source, please do not forget to build the package before using it: run `python setup.py install` or `make` in the source directory. I've tried all the suggestions/workarounds, like messing with OpenMBB / environmental variables. I have an old Macbook from 2010 (version 10.11.6). Any additional potential workarounds?
