Browser compatibility

Currently, the axes do not render correctly in Firefox (works fine in Chrome).
There is a gap between the left axis and the render area, and the tick labels are not visible. Some CSS width must have gone wrong somewhere.

I have not tested other browsers (edge, safari etc..)
