First off, I absolutely love this tool and applaud you for making it! I've wanted something like this for a long time.
Much modern pop music these days is artists featuring other artists. Depending on the streaming service and choices made by each record label, these featured artists are often included in the song title field or in the artist field. This creates a lot of challenges when scrobbling from streaming services. If you're a Spotify user it's not much of a problem, since they've essentially become the de-facto standard for whichever tag is going to dominate, but for other services it's not as cut and dry.
It's probably best to provide active examples of this, to get a better idea of what I mean:
The first one is the correct one, though some services will use that second tag with the featured artist in the title.
Alternatively, sometimes the title with "feat." or "ft." ends up being the most accepted one:
Lastly, sometimes the featured artist is included in the artist tag instead. However, a grand majority of the time those are not considered the correct tag:
There are also instances where things are simply... well, an absolute mess:
Believe it or not, that is the official tag for that song. Insane and ugly, right?
So yeah, if it's possible to add this functionality to the existing "duplicate track" and "duplicate artist" detection code, I think it would be very handy.
