JSON Writer

Add a writer for generating JSON output for a given config, see #10. The JSON writer should handle ability to pipe in data and write values to a JSON file.

Add support for

1. sync and async method
2. ability to write to json
3. add to factory to create
4. create supporting types
5. jsdoc for anything public
6. tests for everything
