Create Push Dataset

Creating a push dataset in its current form won't produce anything. Its missing the ability to pass in a request body in the form shown on the api documentation page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/pushdatasets/datasets_postdatasetingroup

This may not be an issue, you can create a push dataset it seems using create_dataset with defaultMode:Push in the json
